Calisthenics (cali) is a form of strength training that uses the resistance of your body and gravity to help strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination, endurance and mobility.
Calisthenics is my personal favourite when it comes to strength training. Calisthenics is great because :
1. Calisthenics helps to build insane strength
2. Calisthenics is excellent for burning calories .
3. Calisthenics workouts help to remove stress on joints.
4. Most of the workouts do not even require special equipment.
Some common calisthenics workouts are :
1. Push ups
2. Lunges
3. Pull ups
